No practice theory test in Glasgow

The city of Glasgow, where that famous football club is in, introduced some new rules concerning the practice theory test. From now on, driving license examination will only be for people who have that part called practice theory test already behind them. That was the first sentence that came to my mind after reading the headline. The core of the news, however, is quite different. The authorities have decided to exclude the practice theory test together with the latter part of it. The trial twenty questions will now have to be asked to yourself at home with the help of internet and other sources of information. Citizens of Glasgow have got surely something to celebrate. In most European cities the need of getting through all the parts is impossible to avoid. No delays are permitted and foreseen. From the moment of confirmation of the new rule of law, every examinee is free to take a chance during a real examination. Without coping with unnecessary wasting of time and money, who is meant do drive a car will surely show off during the test drive. Those who does not should rather think of other things the driving license. Maybe some sport to forget the pain?
